Journal of Community-Based Development and Empowerment (J-CoDE) is an international, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly works on community service, participatory action, and empowerment programs that contribute to sustainable development. The journal aims to become a platform for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate innovative practices and research findings that transform communities through inclusive engagement.

Manuscripts that are purely opinion without methodology or documented practice; theoretical discussions without community-based application; private business or commercial projects without relevance to community empowerment.
