AUTHOR FEE

Jurnal Ilmu Keolahragaan (JIKOR) does not charge any submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts and undergo the peer-review process free of charge. A publication fee (Author Fee) will only be required after the manuscript has been officially accepted for publication.

For authors requiring rapid publication, JIKOR offers a Fast-Track Publication service with priority editorial and production handling. Under this scheme, accepted manuscripts will be published within 14 working days after formal acceptance, subject to editorial availability. The fee for Fast-Track Publication is IDR 500,000/ article (all inclusive).

Authors may alternatively choose the Regular Publication route with a fee of IDR 350,000/ article, where publication follows the journal’s regular schedule (June and December issues). The processing time for regular publication depends on the editorial workflow and publication queue.

The publication fee covers manuscripts of up to 10 pages, including tables, figures, and references. Manuscripts exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of IDR 50,000/ additional page. Articles containing color figures or requiring advanced graphical processing will be subject to an additional production fee of IDR 100,000/ article (up to 5 figures). If more than five figures are included, an additional fee of IDR 25,000/ additional figure will apply.

Payment is made via bank transfer after the manuscript has been formally accepted. Detailed bank account information will be provided via email at the time of invoicing. Authors must clearly indicate the full name of the first author or the manuscript submission ID in the transfer description to ensure proper identification.

Proof of payment must be sent to the JIKOR editorial office via email at jikor@ucp.ac.id for verification. Publication processing will proceed after payment confirmation. All publication fees are non-refundable.
